Regular oats – 1/2 cup
Grated carrots – 1/2 cup
Frozen (and thawed) green peas – 1/4 cup
Olive oil, for binding

Method
In a large bowl, add tuna, oats, carrots, and green peas. Add two to three tablespoons of olive oil little by little. Use your hands to mix everything well. 2. Chicken sticks

Ingredients
Chicken, cooked and diced – 1 cup
Cream cheese – 1 cup
Dried parsley flakes – 1 teaspoon

Method
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor to make a paste. Refrigerate this for an hour, then remove it from the fridge and make small stick shapes and place them neatly on a lined tray. 3. Potato mash

Ingredients
Canned tuna (in water) – 1 cup
Chicken, cooked and diced – 1 cup
Boiled and pureed sweet potato – 1 cup
